Our park offers a yearly lease from Nov 1st to Oct 31st the following calendar year, with the camping season beginning May 1st and ending Oct. 31st. The lease includes your water, sewer, and trash. (Utilities, power usage, is billed separately) Lease paperwork and camp site pricing can be located in the lease addendum listed below. 

To get started: Read over the lease and lease addendum. All the information and directions for sending in your deposit can be found in the paperwork. Make sure to read and review the park rules that are also listed below. Once you have reviewed the paperwork, contact Chad at 

419-234-2141 or Lee at 419-234-8763 for lease and lot approval. Once you are approved for a spot, and your deposit and paperwork is received, you will be added to the Parkside Family. 

To be placed on our waiting List: 

Send us an e-mail with your name, phone number and year of your camper requesting to be added to the list. All lots are sold for the 2024 season. (A new area is currently under construction that will offer 41 more spots. We hope to have this area open in late Aug of 2024) This changes from time to time, so get on this list.
